Innocent Foreplay


1-1/4 ounces FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM

1 ounce Chilled espresso

1 ounce Rock candy syrup

2 ounces Milk

Shake all ingredients in a tin with ice, strain into a martini glass, top with heavy whipped cream mixed with Grand Marnier, and top with orange zest.

Pina Colada 

1 ounce FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM        

5 ounces pineapple juice

1 ½ ounces coconut cream 

In a blender, combine the rum, pineapple juice, 
coconut cream and 1 cup crushed ice.  Blend well 
at high speed.  Pour into a collins glass and garnish 
with cherry and pineapple juice.

Daiquiri 

1-1/2 ounces FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM               

1 ounce lime juice

1 teaspoon superfine sugar 

In a shaker half full with ice cubes, combine the rum, lime juice and sugar.  Shake well.  Strain into a cocktail glass.

Spiced Egg Nog 

For 1 quart of eggnog: 

Thaw 2 pints premium vanilla ice cream at room temperature.

 Add ½ cup FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM
or to taste.

Garnish with freshly ground nutmeg.

Hot Spiced Cider 

1-1/2 ounces FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM               

4 ounces hot apple cider 

Pour the rum into a mug of hot apple cider.  Garnish with a cinnamon stick. 

FOURSQUARE
Spiced Rum Cake

1 cup coarsely chopped pecans                                      1 pkg. (18.25oz) yellow cake mix with pudding mix

3 large eggs                                                                         1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract                                        ¾ cup water, divided

½ cup butter (one stick)                                                      1 cup granulated sugar

1 1/3 cups FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM, divided 

1.       Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour 10
     inch tube cake pan or 12 cup fluted cake pan.

2.       Sprinkle pecans evenly in bottom of pan.

3.       In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla
     extract, ½ cup water and 1 cup
FOURSQUARE SPICED
     RUM
.

4.       With electric mixer, combine all ingredients. On medium
     speed, beat 2 minutes.

5.       Pour batter evenly over pecans.

6.       Bake one hour or until toothpick inserted comes out
     clean. Remove from oven.

7.       Cook cake 10-15 minutes on cooling rack.

8.       Invert cake on serving plate.

9.       In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar and remaining
     ¼ cup  water. Bring to boil. Continue boiling, stirring
     constantly, for  5 minutes.

10.     Remove butter mixture from heat and stir in remaining
     1/3 cup 
FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM.

11.    With fork, prick sides and top of cake and brush glaze
    over entire surface of cake until all glaze is completely
    absorbed.

12.    Serve 12 – 14.

Max’s style 

1 ounce FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM          

1 ounce pineapple juice

splash Chambord

splash nut liqueur 

Mix all ingredients into a martini shaker and 
once combined – place into cold martini glass

Corn and Oil
 

1 ounce FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM  (corn)

5 ounces Any type of Juice or Soda (oil) 

The name comes from Barbados and is considered the way to call for a rum drink. 

Calling for a rum drink this way makes you an automatic BAJAN (citizen of Barbados)

Sugar and Spice 

1-1/2 ounces FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM               

Ginger Ale to fill

Pour the rum over ice in a tall glass.  
Fill with Ginger Ale and stir.

and Cola
 

1-1/2 ounces FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM               

Cola to fill

Pour the rum over ice in a tall glass.  Fill with 
cola and stir.

Caribbean Martini

1 oz Foursquare Spiced Rum
1/2 oz DeKuyper Tropical Pineapple Liquor
Mix with pineapple juice in shaker and serve in chilled martini glass with
orange slice garnish

Coffee or Hot Chocolate 

1-1/2 ounces FOURSQUARE SPICED RUM               

4 ounces hot coffee or hot chocolate 

Pour the rum into a mug of coffee or hot chocolate. Dollop with Whipped Cream  Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
